The United States Government is Corrupt, Just Look at Watergate

Posted by admin in Social Resources

Many detractors of the United States of America are bringing up old wounds and old news as they go onto Internet political forums and condemn the United States of America for their role in Middle Eastern problems. These same folks will bring out everything from Watergate to be Iran-Contra affair.

Recently on a political forum I read over 20 pages of condemnation of the United States of America and eventually I got so angry like many Americans would and I simply stated; “Dump the “Watergate Crap” comment you scoundrel. Look at these dishonest, underhanded governments around the world. Cheating, lying, misrepresenting? Please this is the greatest nation ever created in the history of mankind and you know it or should have known before you willingly and knowingly slandered it with half truths and innuendos.”

But the Internet for a detractors and psyche war Internet posers continue to condemn our CIA, stating that they were in Iran right now trying to cause political unrest and incite and overthrow of the Iranian presidency and leadership by moderate Moslems. But as far as our CIA, they are on our team. Iran seems to like to kidnap Americans and sponsor international terrorism, threaten the western world and send insurgents in Iraq to disrupt the new government and kill US Troops. They must pay for this. Consider this in 2006.

Nice offer 12500 dollar at a fine loan rate of 11.8 percent

Posted by admin in Finance, Managing Credit, Web Of Loans

Be impertinent today to check out if you have a nice special offer or if you don’t with the merchant bank that offers you a money loan. This is the reason why now you need to suss out and determine if you can have a credit loan at a effective percent rate of interest. At this moment you can inquire rates quickly on the internet and watch if there are possible traps you should be aware of.

Check up to see if the moneylender who you a bank loan is fine. 11.1 percent rate may come along so acceptable but will it stay unvarying after you’re going to repay your loan. Lots of of the merchant banks wil show you a interest rate that looks sightly but feels naughtily or so after a period of time. A bank in Elyria Ohio or so may have a total different actual rate of interest for a 30000 dollar bank loan then a merchant bank in Manteca California and that makes a big clear difference in your monthly pay backs. It doesn’t matter if you live in Charlotte North Carolina or in Great Falls Montana a secure online inspection will salvage you often a lot of anguish.

The Key To Self Discipline

Posted by admin in Uncategorized

Self discipline starts with the ability to control your behavior. That means motivating yourself to do what you need to do, and stopping yourself from doing things that are bad for you. The “ability to control” is just the start, though, and real discipline is when you have trained your mind in such way that you consistently get the behavior you want.

Discipline may appear to be a problem of willpower. However, this implies just pushing ourselves harder to do things, even when we feel miserable, or fighting temptations. It’s a good recipe for stress and disappointment, but there are better ways to a disciplined life.

Self Discipline Tips

Have you ever stayed up all night talking about something interesting? Then you know what power the mind has over the body. Sleep can be put off when we are motivated by a passionate discussion, and it doesn’t take much willpower to keep doing something when you are enjoying it. That gives us a key to self discipline.

Try to enjoy what you are doing and be energized. Your willpower goes up and down with your energy levels, so play energetic music, move around, laugh, and look for the interesting parts of whatever project you are working on. Once you identify your best energy boosters and motivators, make a list, and train your brain to use them whenever you need discipline.

Make things easier on yourself. If you feel stressed when you think about doing your tax return, for example, don’t think about it! Just lay out the forms where you can work on them later. Later do just one form, and then another. Whatever the task at hand, you can find enough motivation for some small step. Start training your mind to take that step as soon as you think of it, and the next steps become easier.

Self Discipline And Self Awareness

What if that cake calls to you. Sometimes it’s hard to resist temptation, right? Willpower is a nice idea, but here is a simpler solution: stop standing in front of the cake! It is an easy lesson to understand, so train yourself to apply it habitually. Don’t keep beer in the house if you don’t want to drink it. Don’t go alone to the bar if you want to maintain a faithful marriage. Just stay away from people that lead you to trouble.

Discipline doesn’t mean being immune to temptation. Go ahead and develop the willpower to say no, if you can, but why not also have the wisdom to avoid temptation? Know where your resistance is low, and don’t put yourself in those situations. Does this make more sense than fighting useless battles with yourself?

Fighting feelings is a losing battle. It’s far more effective to learn about yourself. How are you energized and motivated? Where are your strengths and weaknesses? Learn about yourself, and start using what you learn to make the behaviors you want easy. That’s the key to self discipline.

Activate the Energy of the Universe

Posted by admin in Uncategorized

Did you know that you can not create energy yourself? You can just activate the universal energy, which exists always and will always exist. This Energy gave you life. It’s always there, at every moment, for everyone.

There is no such thing like people with a lot of energy and other ones without energy.

The difference is that energetic people know how to activate this always available energy. And the low energy people, they block this energy, which is although always available for them too!

Energy does not decide something like :”Hey I like this one so I will send her energy, and the other one over there I don’t like so he won’t get any of my energy”. This is nonsense! The same counts for diseases. A disease does not “choose” a body to attack. How would it do it? Can you imagine a cancer saying : “I don’t like the way he cuts his hair, so I will attack his liver?” or “I can’t stand the way she talks so I will attack her breast?”

There is no such thing. It would be absurd. We have much more to say to our body and our life than we can understand for now or than we will want to admit for ourselves. Because to understand this is to take responsibility. Once we know that we “ask” for disease - by thinking of it all the time, by running from one doctor to another, by reading all articles about diseases in magazines, by telling our friends and family about all our pains and troubles - than we have to change our behavior and start to behave like a healthy person, who tries to understand why he got ill, and tries to see how he can change his way of thinking and handling to stay healthy.

It’s much the same for energy. Energy is always there. It never goes away, it never slows down, otherwise our whole galaxy would fall apart. The same energy which holds the stars at place in the sky, which makes grass grow and turn the earth on his own axis, is available for us. Can you imagine? It’s tremendous and there for us!

You can activate this energy for you by thinking the right thoughts, that is thoughts which stimulate you instead of turning you down, thoughts which bring you health instead of disease, thoughts which make you feel loved instead of fearing loneliness, thoughts which bring you wealth instead of poverty.

Is thinking about all this nice stuff enough to bring it into your life? No! Otherwise it would be so easy just to lean back and think about everything you want and floops….it’s there! We all would be fairies and make the world whatever we want without doing anything.

Luckily it doesn’t work like that! It would be dangerous! We need something else to make our thoughts create what we want : it is action. The combination of both will give us what we want : dreaming about what we want and putting ourselves into action, that is taking steps in the direction of our thoughts.

At each step we take, the universe also takes a step toward us. By our thoughts and our actions we activate this enormous universal energy to work for us. We make it move in the direction of realizing our dreams.

So the formula is pretty simple : first you dream, than you take action in the direction of your dream. This will generate energy to help you take the next step. The energy generated by this step will help you take the next step. And so on….

How do you know which action to take? Follow your guts, follow your intution. It’s the best guide you can find!

Stop worrying. Instead dream, think of what you want and get yourself moving in the direction of your dream. That’s it. Watch what’s happening. Let the mystery unfold itself.

Re-Awakening Your Intuition

Posted by admin in Uncategorized

Whenever you listen to children you often get a wonderful sense of how open and free they are to what they are feeling and experiencing all around them. As they grow up however we also sadly witness how these childlike qualities slowly begin to disappear. Developmental experts often describe this evolution as the formation of the adult personality and therefore justify it as a normal and necessary human phenomenon.

Many of us however, if we are honest with ourselves, recognize that something of beauty and of value is being lost through this “normal human process” of maturation. What is being lost, in fact is the inner wisdom that we as adults infrequently experience; what we call our Intuition.

Intuition is by its very nature an inner knowing that many yearn for, seek out, revere, and trust almost without question whenever it manages to crack through the mantle of our life long conditioned belief systems.

When we allow ourselves to relax this heavy mantle, we not only allow this inner knowledge to shine forth but we also experience a long lost sense of inner peace and serenity that tells us that we have somehow found our way home to a more genuine experience of our true selves.

This experience however is often so fleeting that we can live large parts of our lives disconnected from it. So much so that we sometimes even forget that it exists at all. When we do we are often left feeling confused, insecure, anxious, alone and in need of some serious guidance to help us find our way in our lives.

So what do many do? We turn to what has become so familiar, to the external world to find our answers. We gather information; we do research all in the hope of finding a way to live happily and peacefully. All the while ignoring the fact that all that knowledge is buried deep within us crying out to be heard.

Why have we forgotten how to listen to it? Why, in fact have we forgotten to listen to “Ourselves”? To be intuitive is really that, the ability to hear one’s own inner voice of knowledge.

The main reason that we find this voice weakened is, as I alluded to earlier, that we have somehow “learned” to mistrust our own inner voice and have allowed ourselves to be “forced” or “seduced” into accepting external beliefs/teachings about what is in fact right or good for us.

One consequence of this, and not the only one, is that we have lost touch with the voice of our bodies. This is the inner voice that tells us, at any moment, what is good for the health of the physical body. The burgeoning medical system is a sign of how disconnected we are from an awareness of the status and functioning of our own bodies. No wonder many of us are ill!

How has this mistrust of our inner knowing come to pass? Well as I’m sure you’ve guessed that it starts when we are children. At this stage of our lives here, we find ourselves small, unable to fully sustain ourselves and therefore are feeling quite vulnerable. We “learn” to depend on others, usually our parents, who by the way have themselves lost touch with their inner voice because they went through the same indoctrination process, out of fear.

At the deepest level the most influential forces orchestrating this mistrust towards one’s inner voice are the fear of not being loved and the fear of not surviving. Of course there are others but if you analyze their foundations I think you will find that they often lead back to these two factors.

So as we “learn” to mistrust ourselves, or are shall I say “coerced” into mistrusting ourselves, we are doing this in the interests of being loved, and of surviving. Sounds kind of odd doesn’t it: “mistrust yourself so you can survive”?

So in this process we lose our inner voice and hence what we call our “intuition”.

Can we find our way back to an unfettered experience of ourselves, to our true inner self, to our genuine inner voice, to a complete experience of our intuition? Indeed we can! It is now possible to reawaken your intuition through a new tool called the Mind Resonance Process (MRP). MRP helps one to uncover all of the hidden negative beliefs and emotions that have been working to bury you and your inner voice.

If you desire an introductory experience of MRP you are welcome to visit the web link below.

Developmental Coaching

Posted by admin in Uncategorized

At CMOE, we often run the risk of implying that our Coaching Skills model is for corrective coaching only. But what we find is many leaders and organizations are interested in developmental coaching. In fact, the Coaching Skills model is equally effective in developmental situations.

So, what does developmental coaching mean? For us, it represents the last frontier of coaching. It is the point where employees are more fully functional. It is where you do the final “tuning” in terms of helping create complete trust, total responsibility, and entrepreneurial partners in your operation. As we see it, you are doing a type of coaching that encourages the employee to take more and wiser risks, engage in more self expression, and discover what lasting contribution they can make. This is a confidence-building process and a creative stage for employees. It gives them a chance to define a personal mission beyond simple organizational advancement. The beauty of developmental coaching is that it doesn’t require advancement and promotion. What you are doing is maximizing their self-esteem.

The challenge for the leader is that many employees feel stuck in their jobs. They don’t know what to do if they are not moving rapidly in a vertical direction in the company. You task is to help them achieve their fullest potential right where they are; to get them to look at growth and development in a different way. Many employees will need help to see this opportunity. Culture has taught them that growth, contribution, and satisfaction come only when you are living on “Mahogany Row” or in the organizational stratosphere.

Whose Opinion Do You Trust Most?

Posted by admin in Uncategorized

We have a relationship with everything in life. We have family, friendship, romantic and business relationships. Basically anything or anyone we come in contact with we’ve developed a relationship with whether it’s a positive one or not. Our personal, professional, family and friends are the most important relationships we will ever have. Within these relationships who do you tend to trust the most? We don’t trust everyone we come into contact with but there are some we trust more than others. How do you decide who to trust and who not to? Here’s a story that helped me clarify this question.

I had the pleasure of having a coaching relationship with Frank who is a popular person in his town and who holds a position of prominence. Most people like Frank and he enjoys spending time with people and as such there are many he calls “friend”. One day we were discussing the importance of mentors or anyone who could be counted on in times of need or doubt. I asked Frank, “What criteria do you use to decide which of the people you trust the most?” The obvious answer would have been his family and the people he’s known the longest and built trust in over time. At least, that’s what I thought Frank would say. Frank said something a little different though.

He said, “The answer to that question is easy. It’s not the people I’ve known the longest, although they might quality but what are most important to me are the people who are willing to be the most honest with me”. He went on to explain. “I’ve had friends I’ve liked but who over time I could not trust. When I needed counsel or an opinion they would tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. While all of that may have sounded good they didn’t realize the more they told me what they thought I’d like; the less sincere they sounded. I simply couldn’t count on them to be honest with me. I think most people in their heart of hearts trust others who are willing to tell them the truth”. “Wow”, I thought. Then I began to look at the people in my own life and what Frank said rang very true. I’ve had personal experience with this as well. I’ve known people who were very kind and supportive which was great! However, these same people were unwilling or unable to be honest and my trust in them would decline.

This caused me to ask myself, “Who do I trust most, the one who tries to cover things up (”misery loves company” type of person) or the one who is willing to tell me the truth; even if it makes me uncomfortable? Frank helped me make the distinction between somebody that “made me feel good” and somebody I trusted.

When you need counsel or help who do you trust most? Do you trust the person who is only interested telling you what you want to hear or the person who is willing to tell you the truth regardless of how you might react?

This is not a matter of who we like or don’t like, it’s a matter of who we tend to believe and trust the most. I think Frank is right. We tend to believe those who are most willing to tell us the truth. It is the truth that allows us to see ourselves in a different light and remove the veil of self-deceit and it is through the light of truth that we grow. Isn’t this the definition of friendship?

Dragon Slayer

A mighty King once sought a knight full of nobility and love To aid with the teachings of swordsmanship and knighthood to his beloved son A noble knight did come on mid summers day He impressed the King with all his knowledge and expertise Giving praise to the King’s son for his natural ability with a sword They dueled for hours, never failing, never tiring Learning each others next move before it twas even made The King offered gold and notability as compensation for his time But the King was so impressed with his son’s advancement That he began to pay small pittance to the noble knight Never noticing the darkness that was building behind his eyes The knight grew desperate for the King’s attention And set out when night had fallen across the kingdom Desperate to regain the attention of the King once more Swearing never to return until his search found him something, Anything the King could not ignore Upon reaching the edge of the clearing That rested just below The King’s majestic castle The determined knight caught glimpse of two paths One path stretched far and to the right The other path led deep into the forest Brave and ruthless as he was The path into the forest did entice Halfway through the jungle of trees The knight did see a secluded cave Upon entering, the knight grew anxious He drew his sword and clenched it tight Darkness engulfed him And a warm breeze trickled through Sounds of breathing echoed throughout A small fire blazed before his eyes And the knight knew that what he saw then Would give him the power and money he so craved Asleep by the fire there lay an enormous creature Not any one certain color could give it justice The greens and blues melded together like the ocean The reds and yellows overlapped, dancing like fire The creature’s beauty and size were magnificent Surely a kill worthy of dubbing him Dragon Slayer The knight approached and bellowed, Rise dragon and meet your death The dragon rolled to face the knight Never offering to give fight His eyes opened, revealing two dark green orbs That held a ring of silvery white around each pupil His underneath was as yellow as the sun captured inside a flower Slaying him would surely grant him wealth Sword steady within his hands He thrust it upwards into the dragon’s chest The dragon cried out in pain His breathing faltering fast He lay there unmoving, eyes frantic But before the knight removed his sword He took a piece of the dragon’s still beating heart Proof of his bravery for the King

Lifetime of Discoveries: Moments of Peace and Renewal

Posted by admin in Online New Age

There are discoveries all around us—small gifts of joy that bring moments of peace and renewal.

Yet it is easy to miss the small things of uncommon value and inspiration—the cycles of life in a thriving forest, the perfection of a brilliant flower, the purposefulness of a delicate butterfly, or the spiritual beauty within another soul.

If we would stop for only a moment to marvel at this blessing of life, we would find many heart-stirring discoveries where we least expect them.

A small shift in the way we view a situation can make a life-changing difference.

A purposeful change in perspective can spark a sense of freedom, spiritual vision, and peace of mind. It can uncover a life purpose that has gone undetected. It can heal a hurt that has burdened someone for years.

Take time to listen to the emotion in the voice of a friend, feel the warmth of the sunshine, or view the perfect design in the smallest leaf or a cluster of stars.

Become still.

Listen to the voice inside your heart without judging its message. What does it tell you?

Notice and acknowledge your feelings around any situation that might trouble you.

Then ask yourself, “How could I view this situation differently? What new perspective might turn this into a blessing for me or someone else?”

You will be pleased with the sense of freedom and peace it brings to you.

A lifetime of rewarding discoveries is waiting for all who will stop, look, and listen with faith.

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Posted by admin in Uncategorized

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association is the national trade organization that associates 38 independent regional health insurance companies in the United States and Canada. It was formed in the 1982 fusion of the Blue Cross Association and the National Association of Blue Shield Plans that are founded basically in Chicago, Illinois. Both organizations trace their histories to health plans that were created around the same time in two different parts of the U.S. The progression of managed health care in the United States is closely linked to the designs of Blue Cross-Blue Shield.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans are presenting Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans in local markets across the country. Blue Cross and Blue Cross of California are being scrutinized by California regulators after 10 lawsuits were filed against Blue Cross in March 2006 claiming that the company had not acted in a good loyalty to thwart fraud and it also had a special department specifically set up to methodically look for any justification to reject coverage for large claims.

When the company issues a medical insurance policy, the person insured thinks he or she has medical coverage and relies on it and the person can find out other coverage if the company has a legitimate reason for denying coverage and tells the person at the time of the insurance application. If the insurance company doesn’t review applications until claims are filed and then retroactively cancels the policies, the people insured by the company find themselves without insurance and prone for all the medical expenses they thought were covered by their medical insurance. This is a very serious injury caused by the insurance company’s bad faith failure to assess the application in a timely manner.

Blue Cross offers the Healthy Families Programme in all 58 California counties, as a Health Management Organization (HMO) product in 11 counties and as an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) product in the remainder of counties. Blue Cross of California is the largest health coverage provider with more than 125.000 members, nearly 40 percent of the total programme membership and it has approximately 323.000 children contributing in the Healthy Families Programme statewide.

Blue Cross of California, with 5.4 million medical members, is the California operating auxiliary of Well Point Health Networks Inc. Well Point serves the health care needs of more than 7.6 million medical and approximately 34 million specialty members nationally. Well Point offers a broad spectrum of quality network-based health products including open access PPO, POS and hybrid products, and HMO and specialty products. Specialty products include dental, vision, mental health, life and disability insurance, long term care insurance, pharmacy benefit management, utilization management, flexible spending accounts, COBRA administration, and Medicare supplements.
